merci beaucoup je suis satisfaite
despite being reassured that the ingredients are the same as the previous order, lab results proved otherwise and no action was taken to ammend this major issue. The sales rep Melody took no action for over a month of being presented with lab results to prove ingredients have been ultered.As a repeat order this has affected my entire business as my customers are getting back to me dissatisfied with the product as second time users.
